Our technical services helpdesk is the hub of our computer support operation. It is staffed round the clock, all year round. You can contact the helpdesk by phone, via email or by using our 100% web-based incident tracking system – Revelation™.

Our IT support is directed at the unique needs of your business, and from the helpdesk we track everything we do for you, set priorities on your workload and provide you with detailed reporting. If our helpdesk experts can’t deal with your problem immediately, the issue will be transferred to the appropriate technical team for rapid resolution.

Your own support technician

As well as providing attentive helpdesk support, we also assign you a permanent lead support technician who you will get to know personally. They will be your primary contact for computer and IT support relating to software problems, hardware repairs, new installations or system upgrades.
