We don’t recommend replacing hardware for the sake of having new equipment. If what you already have is working for you, or only needs a slight upgrade, then we work with it. If we feel that any part of your IT solutions represent a risk to the business, we’ll lay out the options so that you can decide what’s best, rather than us insist that your hardware is replaced.

Our Account Managers will meet with you once a quarter, along with a Senior Consultant, to discuss your Service Improvement Plan. You will have an experienced Account Manager and they will be committed to getting to know you and your business and providing managed IT services that deliver quality.
