New Features:

New Dashboard

Skype for Business Call Analytics provides administrators with greater visibility. The call analytics provide real-time data to identify and rectify issues – such as network issues or headset problems.  

Auto Attendant

This is new to Skype for Business cloud PBX. This feature enables an automated system to answer and route inbound calls using dial pad inputs and speech recognition.

Call Queues

This feature allows incoming calls to be transferred to an available live attendant in the order they are received.

New Meeting Room Solutions

Polycom RealConnect for Office 365 allows customers to connect existing video conferences for Skype for Business Online meetings.

Attendant Console

Attendant Console provides exceptional and professional service through an intuitive interface which automatically prompts the most relevant and up to date information available.

Added Security

Microsoft has recently released new authentications to improve the security of working with Skype for Business. This includes custom policies for client conferencing and monitoring.
