IT Account Management
We’ve been there and we know how frustrating it is when you don’t know your IT Account Manager, can’t contact them or they seem to change every five minutes. How can we recommend improvements to your IT services if we don’t know your business?
Our IT Account Managers will meet with you once a quarter, along with a Senior Consultant, to discuss your Service Improvement Plan. You will have an experienced Account Manager and they will be committed to getting to know you and your business and providing managed IT services that deliver quality.
Developing a personal relationship helps us get to really know our clients and their teams, and that’s how we become part of your team.
For us, it’s not about simply providing you with IT support services - we see our role as integral to your success. We want your business to grow and develop and our role in that is essential. The suitability, reliability and efficiency of your systems are vital to achieving this.
We don’t recommend replacing hardware for the sake of having new equipment. If what you already have is working for you, or only needs a slight upgrade, then we work with it. If we feel that any part of your IT solutions represents a risk to the business, we’ll lay out the options so that you can decide what’s best, rather than us insist that your hardware is replaced.
Our range of support, equipment and rationalisation services offer experienced, knowledgeable staff and value for money. If you choose to come onboard with Datek, we won’t insist on large changes to your network straight away. We take you as you are, which is exactly how it should be.
